Job Title: Cutup Editor (Short-Form Content)
Location: Karachi (Onsite Only)
Salary: PKR 80,000/month

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and disciplined Cutup Editor who understands social media content deeply and can transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience engagement, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form content using Descript and Adobe Premiere Pro for our Editors
• Create engaging content with strong hooks, smooth pacing, and audience retention strategies
• Read and understand English content effectively for creating clear, accurate, and engaging captions
• Ensure consistency and quality across all edited content
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to maintain content standards and brand direction

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Subtitles reading ability
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work onsite in Karachi (Remote work is not available)
