We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing excellent service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
Schedule and manage appointments or meetings
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management
Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed
Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel
Handle mail and package distribution
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Additional certification in office administration is a plus)
Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, receptionist, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines)

Salary

25,000 - 40,000 PKR
