Job Title: Head of Marketing (SVP – Retail Banking)
Location: Karachi
Experience: 10-15 years in digital-first brands, fintech, or digital banking
Qualification: Master’s in Marketing/Business, Digital Marketing Certifications preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Enhance digital presence & brand positioning across all channels
Lead customer acquisition & retention through innovative campaigns
Oversee digital marketing, social media, content, and paid advertising
Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and digital partnerships
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
Lead and mentor the marketing team to drive growth and innovation
