Hiring Junior HR Executive - Hybrid in Karachi

Leading Software Development and IT Solution Provider in Pakistan.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level HR role focused primarily on Recruitment and Payroll Support. The ideal candidate should have around 1 year of HR experience and be eager to learn. The necessary training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Post job vacancies across relevant job platforms and channels.
• Review and shortlist candidates against defined job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with offer preparation, documentation, and onboarding activities.

Payroll Support

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate monthly payroll information.
• Prepare and issue employee payslips in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized and confidential payroll records.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with basic HR tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn, take guidance, and develop professionally.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.

Work Arrangement
This is a mostly remote position. The candidate may occasionally be required to visit the office for:

• In-person interviews
• Training
• Team meetings
• Other business requirements

Other Details:

Work Mode: Full Time - Hybrid (Karachi only)
Work timings: Monday - Friday (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM) with Alternate Saturdays are On.
Location: PECHS Block 2
