Full job description
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic “Marketing & Operation Executive” with previous experience in Marketing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Manage and update content across digital platforms and social media channels.
Coordinate and handle day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
Work closely with the marketing team to track campaign performance and implement improvements.
Utilize marketing tools (email marketing platforms, social media schedulers) and CRM systems to enhance outreach and engagement.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed, using tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
Support the team with administrative tasks, data entry, and meeting deadlines.
Adapt to new marketing trends and continuously improve skills in marketing techniques.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in Marketing & Operational or related roles.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Excellent time-management skills to meet deadlines.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, etc.).
Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM systems (email marketing platforms, social media schedulers).
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing strategies and trends.
