Marketing Executive

Job Description

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in building our brand presence, attracting both local users and overseas consultants, and driving engagement through digital channels. You’ll work directly with the Founder and the product team to launch campaigns, manage content, and measure performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and user acquisition.
• Manage Striveny’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Run targeted ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Plan and publish blog articles, newsletters, and press releases.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers for compelling visual and written content.
• Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Help develop lead-generation funnels and email marketing sequences.
• Engage in influencer outreach and affiliate partnerships.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/Sendinblue, etc.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Creativity with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience working in startups or online platforms is a big plus.

Bonus Points (Not Mandatory)

• Experience working with education, consulting, or marketplace platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design tools.
• Understanding of performance marketing and lead nurturing.
