Sales / Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of two-wheelers and three-wheelers in both urban and rural markets.

Requirements:

• Male, aged below 35 years
• Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 60% marks (BBA in Marketing preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of proven field experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in the automobile, electronics, or related sectors)
• Valid car driving license
• No criminal record

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify and explore new market opportunities and potential customer segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end customers
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to boost brand visibility
• Provide timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing plans and digital campaigns
• Ensure after-sales support and customer satisfaction

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
