Marketing Executive

Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team at a premium handmade carpet and rug manufacturing business. This is a great opportunity for someone in their early to mid-career (2–3 years experience) who wants to take ownership and grow with a startup-style company as we expand both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our handmade rugs and carpet services locally and for export
• Manage social media platforms, content creation, and branding
• Coordinate product promotions, campaigns, and events
• Assist in building our brand identity and storytelling across platforms
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing with customer needs
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Build marketing materials, presentations, and pitch decks for export clients
• Support website updates and marketing email campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 2–3 years of marketing experience
• Strong communication and content creation skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment
• Comfortable with both local marketing and exploring export opportunities
• Basic understanding of brand building and digital strategy
