We are one of the leading pharmaceutical company in Pakistan. We require energetic and self-motivated individual for the following position to be based at Karachi.

Officer Trade

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2-3 years

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Consignment Receiving Reports to maintain and organize records of shipments.
• Proofread shipping documents for correctness and adherence to contractual terms.
• Review and proofread quotations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee and update the Purchase Report, ensuring all data is accurately maintained and accessible.
• Coordinate with banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to expedite transactions and clearances.
• Monitor trade transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic trade activity reports and KPIs (lead times, demurrage, document exceptions).
• Support to develop the Import Policies, SOPs, & Procedures.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and trade finance instruments (LCs, guarantees, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP.
