Senior / Principal Process Engineer

• Six Sigma Black Belt preferred (minimum Green Belt with significant enterprise transformation experience)

• Strong expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Lean Process Improvement, Value Stream Mapping, and Process Mining

• Experience automating Sales, Marketing, Customer Delivery, Campaign Management, and Revenue Operations processes

• Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, Marketing Automation platforms, workflow orchestration, BPM, Power Automate, and integration-driven process redesign

• Ability to identify operational bottlenecks, non-value-added activities, rework loops, and control gaps

• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of working with business leaders, product teams, operations teams, and technology organizations • Experience building future-state operating models and measurable ROI business cases

Business Challenges to Address

The resource will be expected to assess and redesign processes that currently:

• Depend heavily on manual activities across multiple systems

• Require significant handoffs between Sales, Marketing, Customer Delivery, and Operations teams

• Lack end-to-end visibility from opportunity creation through delivery and revenue realization

• Create delays, errors, and scalability constraints

• Limit the organization's ability to grow revenue without increasing headcount

• Impact campaign execution efficiency and customer delivery timelines

• Contribute to operational risks affecting sales productivity and revenue realization
