QSHE Trainee Officer

We're Hiring – QSHE Trainee Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily facility inspections and GEMBA walks.
• Monitor and maintain facility temperature records.
• Maintain QSHE reports and documentation.
• Record and update CAPA, incidents, accidents, and PTW.
• Assist in incident reporting and investigations.
• Support compliance checks on products and facility operations.
• Assist in safety training and awareness activities.
• Support internal audits, inspections, and QMS implementation.
• Assist in preparing SOPs and CAPA documentation.
• Support fire and safety inspections.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on QSHE-related activities.
• Perform any other task assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
• NEBOSH IGC certification will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of QSHE, cGMP, QMS, EMS, and OHS regulations will be an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
