• Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

We are hiring a Sales Representative who will be responsible for managing B2B sales inquiries, building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and converting leads into confirmed orders.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills with the ability to understand customer needs, manage client interactions, prepare quotations, and contribute to business growth through proactive sales activities.

Responsibilities
 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customer inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements, specifications, quantity, pricing, and delivery expectations.
• Prepare and communicate quotations and commercial details to prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads and customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, feasibility, availability, and order execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
• Manage sales pipeline, active inquiries, quotations, and follow-up activities.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
• Support revenue growth through proactive B2B sales and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Candidates with relevant practical B2B sales experience will also be considered.
• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Prior experience in B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, Printing, Packaging, Manufacturing, or related industries will be preferred.
