Job Summary:
Mars BPO is looking for motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. This role involves handling outbound calls and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Promote products/services and generate sales
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / A-Level education
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in night shift
• Sales experience is a plus (Fresh candidates can also apply)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Work Details:

• Night shift
• Alternate Saturdays off
