Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of advanced software platforms powering oncology diagnostics across the APAC region.
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Translate clinical and scientific needs into secure, scalable, and compliant digital solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with bioinformatics, regulatory, and product teams to ensure clinical impact and commercial readiness.
Represent the company with APAC partners and stakeholders, driving technical alignment and strategic growth.

Qualifications

Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Extensive leadership experience in software engineering within diagnostics, healthcare, or life sciences.
Track record of building and scaling cloud-based, AI-enabled platforms in regulated environments.
Deep understanding of oncology, molecular diagnostics, or bioinformatics applications.
Strategic, hands-on leader with strong familiarity with APAC markets and regulatory dynamics.
