About The Role

We are seeking an experienced React/React-Native/Nextjs Software Engineer to join our innovative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will develop and maintain cutting- edge mobile and web applications that are essential to our mission of delivering accessible mental health care. Your work will directly impact how patients and providers interact with our platform, ensuring a seamless, secure, and engaging user experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain React, Nextjs, and React-Native applications for browser, iOS, and Android platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and back-end developers, to create user-centric solutions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and propose improvements when necessary.
Debug and resolve software defects and technical issues promptly.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in native app development.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Requirements

STRONG ability to speak and write professionally in English
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of professional experience in React, React-Hative, and Nextjs development
Proficiency in React, React-Native, and Nextjs development.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and modern app development tools.
Strong knowledge of UI architectures, design patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP), and version control tools like Git.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a collaborative, team-oriented work style.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role will be between Rs500,000.00 - Rs800,000.00 monthly at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Galaxy EHR Health-sponsored benefits.
