SEO MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

KUZ TECH (SMC) PVT LTD are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute our search engine optimization strategies, improve a website's ranking and online visibility, increasing traffic, managing SEO teams and analyzing data.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Research and implement high-impact keywords for effective SEO campaigns.
• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO, including meta tags, URL structures, content, and link-building strategies.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and websites to create effective prompts and leverage AI for data processing and reporting.
• Manage and optimize the website content to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve website crawlability, indexing, and overall, SEO health.
• Generate detailed SEO reports and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and performance.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in SEO, search algorithms, and AI tools.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Qualification: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or any related field is preferred, but not required if the candidate has equivalent experience.
• Experience: Proven 4 to 5 years’ experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and other SEO tools.
• Proficient in tools like Looker Studio and Zoho Analytics to convert data into structured reports.
• Strong proficiency in English communication is compulsory.
• Skills: Technical SEO Skills, Analytical Skills, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Research Skills, Time management & project management Skills.
