Smart Appsters is hiring a Social Media Content & Organic Growth Specialist to manage and grow the social media presence of our projects. This is a hands-on role covering content planning, creation, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage content calendars for multiple projects.
- Produce captions, graphics, carousels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Research trends, competitors, keywords, hashtags, and audience interests.
- Grow accounts through useful content, genuine engagement, and creator or community relationships.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Coordinate with the internal team for project updates, content ideas, and approvals.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
- Test different formats, hooks, topics, and posting times to improve results.
Requirements
- Experience creating and managing social media content.
- Understanding of organic audience growth and platform-specific content.
- Strong written English and caption-writing skills.
- Ability to create everyday graphics and short videos using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Good organisation and the ability to manage several projects.
- Ability to work independently and publish consistently.
Experience growing accounts organically and a portfolio of previous social media work are preferred.
This role does not involve buying followers, fake engagement, automated comments, mass messaging, or other artificial growth methods.
