Responsibilities:

- Be the face and voice of our brand online, managing interactions across various social media platforms. This includes responding to comments and messages promptly, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and engaging community atmosphere.

- Prepare daily and ad-hoc reports that will provide valuable insights into key trends and audience behavior. This data will be crucial for shaping future strategies and content.

- With your finger on the pulse of the online community, you'll be instrumental in suggesting fresh content ideas that resonate with your audience.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in social media management or similar roles preferred.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.

- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in social media analytics and listening tools.

- Proficiency in English & Urdu

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
