INNOGOS is looking for an experienced and results driven Social Media & Meta Ads Specialist who knows how to manage social media from strategy to execution and performance optimization.

We need someone who understands more than just posting. We are looking for someone who knows how to grow brands, run profitable Meta campaigns and build a strong and engaging social media presence.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

Strong experience with Facebook and Instagram Advertising

Ability to plan, launch, manage and optimize Meta Ad Campaigns

Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audiences, targeting, retargeting, budgets and optimization

Experience managing complete social media accounts

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels and Content Strategy

Ability to plan and execute social media content calendars

Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram Insights and Analytics

Strong understanding of KPIs, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROAS, Reach and Engagement

Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data driven decisions

Experience working with multiple brands and clients is a major plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts

Develop and execute social media strategies

Plan and manage monthly content calendars

Coordinate and publish posts, reels, stories and campaigns

Create, launch and optimize Meta advertising campaigns

Research target audiences and build effective targeting strategies

Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertising budgets

Track social media growth, engagement and conversions

Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights

Work closely with designers, video editors and content teams

Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads and social media trends
