About the Role

ABS International is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow its digital presence. The role involves creating engaging content, managing online communities, monitoring trends, and implementing strategies to increase organic reach and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
• Create graphics, reels, short-form videos, posts, and marketing creatives.
• Develop and maintain content calendars.
• Monitor social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Improve organic reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Manage communities on Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest.
• Track analytics and recommend performance improvements.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging.
• Support and manage Meta paid advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong knowledge of Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest.
• Understanding of Meta algorithms and organic growth strategies.
• Mandatory: Canva and CapCut expertise.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating social media or digital marketing work.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in religious content, PR/marketing agencies, influencer campaigns, or content creation will have an advantage. Knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator is also preferred.

A degree is not required. Hiring is based on skills, creativity, experience, and portfolio strength.

• Schedule: Monday–Saturday
• Shift: Permanent night shift (6PM-2AM)
• Preference: Candidates living in or near Gulshan-e-Iqbal
