Role Description 

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi Division for a Call Center Operator. The Call Center Operator will handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing professional support to customers. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality customer service experiences while maintaining proper call etiquette and meeting performance standards.

Qualifications 

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service best practices
  • Experience working in Contact Centers and understanding of contact center operations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is advantageous
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems is a plus
