Shaadi.org.pk is expanding its professional team and is looking for Matchmaking who are passionate about helping individuals and families find the right match.

Job Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide clients (individuals & families) regarding marriage and relationship matters

Understand client preferences and suggest suitable matches

Coordinate and facilitate meetings between potential matches

Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships

Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct

Assist in converting inquiries into paid memberships

Maintain proper records and client profiles

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding of Pakistani family, cultural, and Islamic values

Prior experience in counseling, matchmaking, sales, or client handling is a plus

Ability to handle sensitive discussions with maturity and discretion

Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality

Basic computer and CRM/WhatsApp handling skills
