Head Office: Mezzanine floor number 1, Plot Number BC 10, Block Number 4 Clifton, Karachi, 75600, Pakistan.

Timings: Canadian Time Zone (Pakistan Time: 6pm to 2am)

Salary Range: 45,000 - 60,000 PKR/ Month

Position Overview:

We are hiring two Sales Representative/Customer Care Representatives with a proven background in sales, cold calling, and lead generation. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators, fluent in English, and capable of managing customer inquiries and converting leads effectively.

Responsibilities:

Handle outbound sales calls and generate leads.

Engage in cold calling and client outreach to build client relationships.

Provide top-notch customer support and service, ensuring client satisfaction.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our services.

Contribute to customer success by following up and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

Experience in sales, customer service, and lead generation.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Neutral Accent.

Strong skills in client engagement, relationship-building, and problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Previous experience in cold calling and managing customer interactions.
