TalentPop helps eCommerce brands grow with world-class customer support and marketing. We're looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Assistant to support our team with campaign setup, reporting, and coordination.

Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and scheduling email campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
Organize contact lists, campaign assets, and test emails
Track campaign results and compile reports
Maintain SOPs and documentation
Collaborate with team members for updates and tasks
Research email marketing trends and competitive strategies

Requirements

1+ year of experience in email marketing or digital coordination
Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel
Familiar with email platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
Strong communication and organization skills
Experience using project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
Bonus: knowledge of eCommerce, SEO, or digital ads

Technical Setup

Laptop or desktop with an i5 processor or higher
Reliable internet (15 Mbps+)
Quiet, dedicated workspace
