Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns focused on promoting our RSP education programs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and scaling paid ad campaigns, especially in the education or training sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to promote our RSP programs.
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to ensure maximum ROI.
Design compelling ad creatives (in collaboration with our design team) and write ad copy tailored for conversion.
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, retargeting, and budget adjustments.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Stay updated on Meta’s latest advertising policies, tools, and trends.
Requirements:

Proven experience running successful Meta ad campaigns, preferably in the education or services sector.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
Ability to work with data, analyze metrics, and make strategic decisions.
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of audience behavior.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with lead generation campaigns for education services..
