About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and senior / experienced Hubspot CMS Website and SEO content specialist to work with the CEO, senior management and Hubspot CRM database consultants to build and maintain our digital presence via our website. This is a strategic role, ensuring that the website, landing pages and blog are structured to reflect the business and its commercial strategy, working to ensure that all digital assets are organised, structured, performing well from a technical perspective and are consistently ranking within the top 10 for our relevant key words across local and organic SEO KPIs
About Us
Hatching Dragons is a group of early years settings and schools that aims to deliver the globally travelled, professional parent with a form of childcare that speaks to his / her global aspirations for their child. Multilingual and multicultural in our approach, we offer second language immersion, a values based pedagogy to teach children the attitude and agency they need to thrive in a multipolar world, and a curriculum that is second to none. We do this in:
Day nursery - traditional nursery school formats all day and all year round for children under the age of 5,
holiday clubs for children up to the age of 7; and
Weekend schools for children up to the age of 10
Our schools are all London based:
the City of London;
Westminster and
Canada Water
And so primarily need to focus our marketing activities in both the local residential and corporate / working communities that populate our districts. Business to Business partnerships are therefore critical, outside of traditional B2C engagement strategies for the more affluent high income earners of London.
Your Responsibilities:
Key word analysis / strategies relevant to our brand, services and locations, reporting quarterly on key word updates to the central team
Hubspot CMS Website Administration - you will be responsible for ensuring that our website, hosted by Hubspot CMS and using the Quest Template, is organised, structured in such a way to reflect the commercial strategy of the business and exploits optimal modules (custom and off the shelf) to accelerate client acquisition and visibility
Website Improvements / Client Acquisition - reviewing hotjar, Hubspot CMS and third party analysis tools of the customer journey on our website to leverage the best performing pages, improve visibility and indexing, and maximise interaction to ensure that client acquisition rates improve / increase
Technical SEO - ensuring that all web assets are optimised from a technical perspective to achieve a 90%< site health scoring from SEMRush analysis on a rolling monthly basis. For the avoidance of doubt, your performance in technical will be measured by the number of errors and warnings that are issued by SEMrush and the number of Hubspot SEO Recommendations are left outstanding
On page SEO - ensuring that all website / landing and blog posts and pages are optimised for SEO along all key words and key word phrases relevant to our services, location and educational models
Off Page SEO - to lead back linking strategies to relevant websites, managing and reporting on the budgets required to ensure consistent backlinks and website collaborations are undertaken to maximise our web authority
Local SEO - to ensure that our GMB pages are consistently updated with content generated by our site managers to maximise our local presence, and to ensure that our site blogs are maximised for both service specific and location specific search terms with the objective of ranking in the top 10 results for service specific searches in the immediate geographies we operate within in London, UK
Content production - to leverage, with the CEO and site managers, Hubspot's full content suite to ensure that we're generating new blog posts and updating website and landing pages to maximise SEO performance and presence relative to our competition (SEMRush report analysis on our ranking as the performance measure). You will be responsible for both setting the content themes and working within the existing topic frameworks we have within the business to create content calendars, advising on the relevant key words where necessary, and to leverage AI tools to generate first drafts of that content, ensuring that internal links, CTAs and outbounds links are maximised to improve the overall strength of the content
Ensuring that Google Tag Manager / Analytics and other advertising related plugs (facebook pixels etc) are installed on the website by working with our advertising consultant
Reporting - creating and maintaining Google Sheet trackers for performance month on month relevant to the above KPIs for rolling monthly marketing meetings
KPIS:
Ultimately we want to see 80% of our inbound contact generation in Hubspot CRM to originate from organic search, and for the website to see a high level of conversion rate of CTA / Form submissions
90% website health on Technical SEO / Website CMS reports

Who You Are:
Senior Hubspot CMS and SEO Manager
Experience in the wider Hubspot suite of services to understand how modules interrelate
Proven track record in delivering results via the Hubspot platform
Data driven and analytically focussed with clear, structured reporting in mind to evidence your success from baseline
Proactive communicator - setting time aside each week for regular WIP updates
Project manager - capable of mapping the above responsibilities into workstreams, with critical paths set out to highlight milestones and targets
Solutions oriented - We need people who can see the goal, understand the objectives required to get there and work through and around problems and bottlenecks proactively
Honesty and integrity above all else - we want people who can and will do the work to the standards we require.
