Introduction: We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable SEO Executive to join our dynamic team at WaysPro TECH. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase the online presence and performance of our website. This role requires a keen understanding of SEO tactics, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough SEO audits for our website to identify areas of improvement.

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with our business goals.

Perform keyword research to guide the content teams in creating optimized content for search engines.

Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush, and report on insights.

Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to improve rankings and user engagement.

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.

Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and changes with search engine algorithms.

Manage link-building activities and strategies to enhance our website's authority.

Work with web developers and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code and features.

Resolve issues related to crawl errors, broken links, Google penalties, and other related SEO performance detractors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.

Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.

Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.).

Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis.

Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.

Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
