The Manager - Investment & Strategy at Agile HR Consulting is a critical leadership role that requires a blend of financial acumen and strategic foresight. An MBA with a specialization in Finance or Business Management is essential, along with at least five years of relevant experience in drafting and planning business strategies within the financial, investment, or advisory sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of modern portfolio theory, risk assessment frameworks, and asset allocation strategies, coupled with hands-on experience in analytics and strategic planning tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10 professionals, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team performance and effectiveness.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee investment strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives while optimizing portfolio performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess market trends and investment opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis tools and financial modeling techniques to support strategic planning and risk management initiatives.
  • Create detailed performance reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to communicate investment performance and strategy effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain robust risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate potential investment risks across portfolios.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define strategic objectives, priorities, and KPIs that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Perform regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact investment strategies.
  • Utilize quantitative analysis techniques to evaluate portfolio risk management and asset allocation strategies.
  • Lead the execution of performance attribution analysis to assess the effectiveness of investment strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure that all investment strategies are compliant with relevant regulations and ethical standards, maintaining the integrity of the firm's operations.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships by presenting investment strategies and performance assessments to internal teams and external partners.
