The Office Manager will be responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring that the workplace is running efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to foster a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

- Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

- Manage office budgets, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

- Coordinate and plan office events, meetings, and employee activities.

- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.

- Handle HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and assisting with payroll.

- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized office environment.

- Support senior management with various tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and report preparation.

- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise within the office.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
