Manager Process Safety

Job Purpose:

PARCO is seeking a highly skilled Manager Process Safety to lead the formulation, implementation, and enhancement of our Process Safety Management System across PARCO Group, including its joint ventures and subsidiaries. This pivotal corporate-level role will serve as the subject matter expert, providing essential support to line management on Process Safety Regulation, Governance, and Assurance in alignment with our Corporate HSE Framework. The successful candidate will drive improvements in our Process Safety Management System, ensuring risks are managed to ALARP (As Low as Reasonably Practicable) levels and that we achieve our loss and accident prevention objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.

Experience: 15-20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a strong background in developing and implementing process safety and risk management systems. Demonstrated expertise in process plant operations is essential.
