Job Summary

Karsaaz EBS is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Assistant (Intern) to support our day-to-day social media management, content writing, and digital marketing activities.

This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content, writing engaging captions, researching industry trends, and working with modern AI tools. You will gain practical experience managing social media for technology products while learning structured marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling content across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
• Write engaging captions and research relevant hashtags for social media posts.
• Support day-to-day social media management and content publishing.
• Conduct basic market, competitor, and industry research.
• Assist with content ideation for social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Create and edit simple graphics using Canva.
• Assist in organizing content calendars and maintain structured marketing workflows.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and similar platforms for research, content drafting, brainstorming, and productivity.
• Support the marketing team with routine administrative and coordination tasks.
• Stay updated with social media trends, AI tools, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Requirements

• Excellent written English.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and social media platforms.
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content.
• Basic Canva skills for creating and editing social media graphics.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
• Willingness to continuously learn new AI tools, marketing techniques, and digital workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of social media management.
• Basic content writing or copywriting experience.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is an advantage but not required.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
