Social Media Operations Assistant

Remote | Part-Time (Progressing to Full-Time)

Creative Marketing Dynamics is looking for an organised, analytical, and creative Social Media Manager (Operations Assistant) to support the day-to-day operations of our growing digital marketing agency.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team from the early stages and develop alongside the business. The role will begin on a part-time remote basis, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position as the agency continues to expand.

You'll work directly with the Managing Director, helping manage social media operations for a portfolio of small business clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor Meta advertising campaigns and identify unusual performance trends.
• Flag campaign issues or opportunities to the Managing Director.
• Prepare monthly client performance reports using our existing templates.
• Assist with creating monthly social media content calendars.
• Schedule content across client social media accounts.
• Coordinate with our graphic designer and video editor, providing clear creative direction where needed.
• Support the day-to-day management of client social media operations.
• Assist with other marketing and operational tasks as the agency grows.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys both numbers and creativity.

You should be comfortable analysing campaign performance and spotting trends, while also contributing ideas for content and marketing strategy.

Essential

• Excellent written English with strong grammar, spelling, and communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign metrics.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and an interest in marketing strategy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
• Familiarity with Canva.
• Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Flow, and AI image generation tools to improve productivity, research, content planning, reporting, and day-to-day marketing tasks.

Desirable

• TikTok marketing experience.
• Google Ads knowledge.
• Experience with social media scheduling platforms.
• Previous agency experience.
• Experience using creative or AI marketing tools.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection: A strong and consistent internet connection is required, as the role involves monitoring client accounts, accessing online platforms, and managing digital tools.
• Access to a reliable computer/laptop: You must have your own working device capable of handling multiple browser tabs, marketing platforms, reporting tools, and online communication.
• Availability and responsiveness: Since part of the role involves monitoring client campaigns and reporting any issues, you should be able to regularly check platforms and respond in a timely manner when required.
• Suitable remote workspace: A quiet and professional working environment is preferred to ensure focus, accuracy, and effective communication.

These requirements are important to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain the quality of service provided to our clients.
