Job Title: Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist (Execution-Focused)

We help businesses improve their infrastructure, communication systems, security, and overall performance. We're building an execution-focused marketing team responsible for hands-on campaign delivery, not high-level strategy.
Job Summary:
We're looking for someone who runs campaigns day to day; launching and optimizing paid ads, producing content, and maintaining landing pages across multiple brands. This is not a strategy or management role; it's for someone who wants to execute quickly, consistently, and with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Build ad creatives and write basic ad copy
• Build, update, and maintain landing pages
• Plan and post content across social platforms and manage a content calendar
• Monitor campaign performance using GA4/Ads Manager dashboards and make data-driven optimizations (not just report numbers)
• Execute across multiple brands/accounts simultaneously with consistent quality
• Flag underperforming campaigns and unusual account activity proactively

Requirements:

• 2–3 years hands-on experience running paid ads (Meta, Google, or LinkedIn)
• Fluent written English; comfortable spoken English for occasional calls
• Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel/Conversion API basics
• Experience building or editing landing pages (basic HTML/CSS or page builders like ClickFunnels/GoHighLevel is a plus)
• Ability to interpret performance data and make optimization decisions independently
• Strong attention to detail and reliability without close supervision
• Comfortable working US business hours (Central Time)
