Ms. Excel Expert with an Accounts & Finance background will play a crucial role in the finance department by providing advanced technical support, data analysis, and reporting expertise using Microsoft Excel. The incumbent will be responsible for developing complex financial models, conducting financial analysis, and streamlining financial processes using Excel. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate accurate and insightful financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop complex financial models and spreadsheets using Excel to support financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

· Collaborate with the finance team to gather and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for management reporting and strategic planning.

· Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial data by performing data validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis in Excel.

· Streamline financial processes by identifying opportunities for automation, including the use of Excel functions, formulas, and macros.

· Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Excel-related issues, including formula creation, macros, and data manipulation.

· Train employees at all levels on Excel best practices, tips, and tricks to improve their productivity and data analysis skills.

· Stay up to date with the latest Excel features, functions, and techniques, and proactively share knowledge and recommendations with the team.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Excel and other relevant tools.

· Maintain documentation of Excel templates, macros, and processes for future reference and training purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.

Proven work experience as an Excel Expert or similar role, demonstrating advanced proficiency in Excel functions, formulas, macros, and data analysis techniques.

Strong understanding of data manipulation, visualization, and reporting principles.

In-depth knowledge of Excel's advanced features, including PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and conditional formatting.
