Job Description:
As a Women's Gym Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the gym operates smoothly and all clients feel welcome and supported. You will handle front desk responsibilities, provide exceptional customer service, and create a positive atmosphere for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and Greet Members: Greet members and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Manage Member Check-In: Efficiently handle member check-ins and guest registration using our gym management system.
  • Answer Inquiries: Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries about gym services, memberships, schedules, and promotions in a timely manner.
  • Process Memberships: Assist members with new sign-ups, renewals, cancellations, and general account questions.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Book and confirm appointments for classes, personal training, and other services.
  • Sales Support: Promote gym memberships, merchandise, and special promotions to members and guests.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the reception and lobby areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Support Events and Programs: Assist with organizing and promoting gym events, programs, and community initiatives.
  • Manage Member Complaints: Address and escalate any member concerns or issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and gym management software is a plus.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and customer service.

Working Hours:
morning 7 am - 3 pm . Evening 3 pm - 11 pm
