Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to tutoring companies via LinkedIn and web search, booking demos, and closing deals. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, web searches, and other digital channels.

Sales Process Management: Book and conduct product demos, follow up on leads, and manage the sales pipeline to successfully close deals.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with tutoring companies, understanding their unique needs and presenting Seemi.co as the optimal solution.

Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and provide feedback on market trends.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM, and regularly update management on sales progress.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Business Development Executive, preferably in a renowned company.

Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate value propositions clearly.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and familiar with LinkedIn and other digital outreach tools.

Remote Work Discipline: Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Working Hours: Shift: 6 PM PKST to 3 AM PKST Days: Weekends off

Compensation:

Commission: Uncapped commission structure – your earnings reflect your success.
