Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued business success.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services/products to clients.
Prepare and present reports on account performance and business growth.
Monitor account activities and identify opportunities for additional services.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary

35,000 - 50,000 PKR
