Waterlink Group of Companies is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager – Finance & Business Partnering for its sister concern, Fast Track Projects & Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Compile comprehensive monthly financial reports to provide detailed insights into the organization's financial performance.
• Prepare periodic management accounts to assist management in making informed business decisions.
• Generate annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of statutory audits.
• Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections to support strategic planning.
• Conduct detailed analysis of budgeted expenses and projected revenues against actual performance, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure timely filing of Sales Tax returns, Income Tax returns, withholding statements, and other statutory filings in compliance with applicable laws.
• Support senior management in preparing annual financial reports and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities regarding financial, taxation, and compliance matters.
• Complete and submit SECP returns and maintain statutory records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Formulate, implement, and monitor financial policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures to strengthen governance and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with government authorities including FBR, SECP, Customs, , SESSI, Excise, and other relevant departments to ensure compliance.
• Monitor working capital, banking facilities, cash flow, and fund utilization to maintain financial stability.
• Support management with financial analysis, business feasibility studies, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient departmental operations.
• Undertake special assignments or projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. ACCA, ICMA, CA (Inter), or equivalent professional qualification will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, CFS, or warehousing industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and lead a team effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
