Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our on-site finance team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for individuals who are accurate, detail-oriented, and capable of handling financial operations efficiently. You will support day-to-day accounting activities and collaborate with the finance department to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Data Entry: Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations for expenses, income, and balance sheet accounts.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Update and maintain the general ledger and supporting documents.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in invoice processing, payments, and receivable tracking.
• Monthly Closings: Contribute to month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the finance team to meet internal deadlines.
• Compliance & Reporting: Prepare reports in line with accounting standards and company policies.
• Audit Support: Assist in organizing documentation for internal and external audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's/master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification would be preferred
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial data management.
• Communication: Basic to intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
• Confidentiality: Strong sense of discretion in handling financial information.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Saudi accounting practices and local financial regulations
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment
