Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Karāchi. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring budgets and cash flow, and ensuring accurate cost tracking for manufacturing and product development activities. The role also involves managing invoices, supporting audits and compliance requirements, and collaborating with operations and management to provide financial insights. The Accountant will help maintain strong internal controls, improve financial processes, and support timely, data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
 

• Candidates should possess strong skills in financial accounting, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management to support business planning and performance tracking.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets, with the ability to analyze data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of tax regulations, compliance standards, and audit support within a manufacturing or product-based environment.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to identify discrepancies and improve financial processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing, textiles, or product development; familiarity with cost accounting is beneficial.
• Effective communication skills, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Karāchi.
