HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team on a contract basis, immediately available to contribute to our financial planning and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings at least seven years of expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management. This role requires a proactive professional who excels at financial modeling, variance analysis, and delivering strategic financial advice to support business decisions. The Finance Business Partner will manage a small team and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to optimize financial outcomes and ensure compliance with reporting standards such as IFRS. The successful candidate will act as a key financial advisor to business units by providing insights through data analysis and visualization, cost control, and reduction strategies. The role demands strong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in tools like SAP BPC to enhance business planning and consolidation. By leveraging valuation techniques and financial reporting expertise, this position plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and supporting the company's overall strategic goals. Responsibilities
 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial planning and forecasting models to support business objectives.

• Prepare detailed financial reports ensuring compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.

• Lead a small team of financial analysts, providing guidance, support, and performance management.

• Utilize data analysis and visualization techniques to clearly present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Oversee the use of SAP BPC for efficient business planning, consolidation, and reporting.
