Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accounts Intern

Location: Karachi (Onsite) Near Baloch Colony Bridge, Shahrah-e-Faisal.

Job Description

Startitup Global is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented accounts executive / accounts intern to join our accounts department. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, ACCA/ICMA students, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in accounting and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records.
• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software and Excel.
• Assist with bookkeeping and account reconciliation.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records.
• Provide administrative support to the Accounts Department.
• Assist with payroll, banking, and expense documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial and administrative tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA or ICMA (Student/Intern) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
