We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Admin Manager to join our team and take ownership of policy development and workflow optimization. This role involves creating, implementing, and refining administrative policies, procedures, and workflow documents to enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare administration, proficiency in Gentu and other billing software, and the ability to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies and workflow documents to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Manage billing processes, including Gentu and other healthcare billing software, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for process improvement.
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize administrative functions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, data security regulations, and insurance protocols.
Train and support staff in following newly established policies and workflows.
Maintain accurate documentation of administrative policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of proven experience in healthcare administration, with expertise in billing systems, including Gentu.
Strong understanding of policy development, workflow optimization, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive efficient healthcare operations.
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
Strong ability to handle confidential patient information with accuracy and professionalism.
This role is suited for a dedicated professional aged 35-40 years, with a strong background in healthcare management, billing systems, and workflow optimization.
