Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire an "Administrative Assistant".

Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6, Night Shift: 8PM to 5AM – Six days a week – Monday till Saturday – On-site Position.

Job Overview:

Main Accountabilities:

1. Utilities Management:

- Initiate and follow up on utility related tasks, including calls and correspondence.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure the completion of tasks related to utilities and permits.

- Monitor supplies distribution to various stores and addresses, ensuring accuracy.

- Maintain trackers for all utilities.

2. Vendor and Maintenance Coordination:

- Assist in making vendor and maintenance related calls when necessary.

- Collaborate with relevant teams to identify accommodation/travel itineraries /hotel bookings for employees.

- Ensure efficient communication with vendors and maintenance personnel.

3. Alarm, Sign Permits, and Occupancy Permits:

- Document information related to security alarms, sign permits, and occupancy permits.

- Collaborate with team members to update the tracking systems.

- Follow up on necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
