We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and manage the CEO’s appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Handling: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Project Assistance: Support business operations and projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
  • Office & Task Management: Oversee administrative tasks, liaise with different departments, and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Personal Assistance: Occasionally assist with personal tasks, errands, and events as required.
