Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Officer based in Karāchi. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for assisting prospective students in navigating the admissions process, evaluating applications, guiding students in selecting suitable educational programs, and collaborating with international educational institutions. The role also entails providing excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth application experience, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective collaboration and relationship building
• Experience and knowledge in International Admissions processes and guidelines
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Customer Service to address student inquiries and ensure a seamless experience
• Understanding of the Education sector and global academic systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with relevant computer software and databases
• Previous experience in counseling or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
