Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help convert inbound leads into enrollments for our online tutoring programs.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads through WhatsApp, calls, and other channels.
• Understand parent/student requirements, including grade, subject, curriculum, and academic concerns.
• Explain our tutoring programs, pricing, class structure, tutor matching process, and trial class options.
• Follow up with interested leads consistently and professionally.
• Handle basic objections and guide parents toward enrollment.
• Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with the admissions/support team for smooth onboarding.
• Meet daily follow-up and monthly sales/enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp conversations, and follow-ups.
• Prior experience in sales, admissions, customer service, or lead handling is preferred.
• Target-driven, organized, and consistent with follow-ups.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution.
• Basic CRM/Google Sheets knowledge is a plus.
