The Role
We’re looking for a results-oriented Ads Specialist who thrives in the fast-paced world of paid media and understands the nuances of trading audiences. Your mission? Launch, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms to help our prop firm clients scale profitably.

Key Responsibilities
📈 Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok.
🎯 Develop conversion-driven ad strategies tailored to the prop trading industry.
💡 Create compelling ad copy, angles, and funnels that resonate with trader personas (retail, funded, algorithmic, etc.).
🔍 Analyze data, A/B test creatives and landing pages, and iterate based on performance insights.
🤝 Collaborate with internal creative teams and clients to ensure alignment and clear communication.
🧠 Stay ahead of advertising trends, platform updates, and industry regulations (especially around financial advertising).

Requirements
✅ Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns for prop firms, fintech, or trading-related clients.
✅ Deep understanding of trader psychology and prop firm business models (challenge models, funded accounts, etc.).
✅ Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms.
✅ Strong grasp of ad metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.
✅ Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
✅ Self-driven, analytical, and results-focused.

Bonus Points
🔥 Experience running multi-platform campaigns with $10K+/mo ad budgets.
📊 Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, ClickFunnels).
🧠 Experience working in performance marketing agencies.
