We are a leading digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic team. This fully remote, full-time position requires a seasoned professional capable of managing and optimizing sophisticated Google Ads campaigns to drive significant results and high ROI for our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various types of campaigns and strategies.
Perform comprehensive keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis tailored to client objectives.
Analyze campaign performance data to continuously improve client results.
Provide detailed, actionable reporting and strategic insights to internal teams and clients.
Collaborate closely with account management, creative, and analytics teams to align ad strategies with client goals.

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing extensive and diverse Google Ads campaigns.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding performance targets (ROAS, CPA, CPC, conversion rates).
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications required.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication skills, capable of managing client relationships and working effectively within a remote team environment.

Dedication and commitment. This is a full-time job. Time tracking is required.
Working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, the local time. You'll need to be available and respond quickly during business hours.
