About the Position:

 

We are seeking a Marketing Intelligence & Analytics Executive to support strategic decision-making for its 2/3-wheeler electric vehicle (EV) business. This role combines data analysis, competitive intelligence, and performance measurement to optimize marketing initiatives, product positioning, and dealer effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, industry knowledge, and business acumen to help shape data-driven growth strategies in the rapidly evolving EV market.

 


Key Responsibilities:

 

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to track EV trends, customer behavior, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments.
Analyze customer feedback, survey data, and sales patterns to uncover insights and support customer segmentation and targeting.
Monitor dealer performance metrics such as conversion rates, inventory turnover, and regional sales trends.
Measure marketing campaign effectiveness (digital, events, promotions) and generate actionable performance insights.
Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Build forecasting and demand planning models to support inventory and sales strategies.
Manage marketing data and maintain centralized systems (CRM, Google Analytics, sales databases).
Support pricing strategies, product launches, and geographic expansion through market feasibility studies.
Collaborate with product, digital, and sales teams to align data insights with business objectives.

 


Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or analytics; automotive industry experience preferred.
Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets (PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP); proficiency in PowerPoint.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL or other database querying tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
